Take a Nap and Our Healthy

Many people have assumption that somebody who takes a nap means “lazy”, it needs to be corrected. In many experiments point out that taking 45 minutes to take a nap can return the cardiovascular conditions. If it’s compared with many years ago, the rates of sleep duration was two hours shorter per night. It’s caused by having so many activities or the effects of technology (For example: watching TV or chatting until mid night)

Less sleep can disturb our long term healthy, for example trouble on cardiac and vein like hypertension.  But for people, who spend at least 45 minutes for taking a nap, will return their blood tension. It needs to do experiment regularly to investigate the mechanism between taking a nap and cardiovascular health, especially for them with that disease.

For worker may difficult to take a nap. They have to work from morning until 5 p.m.  even until evening. But don’t worry; we have another way like bringing meal from house, so we do not need to have lunch outside of the office. And we can use our rest time for sleeping. Sleeping for 30 minutes after lunch is good for our healthy.

Beside to make fresh drink, ice also can use for giving first aid. There is a common function of ice; the cool water makes vein narrowly. So, when you get an accident and having lump, you can put ice on it. And it will make you feel better.
When we will do outdoor activities, for example outbound, hiking, climbing, and camping, please bring ice in the small icebox. Ice can treat the insect biting, like bees, scorpions, and centipede. There will an itch because biting of insect. Don’t scratch it because it will make spread of the poison. By giving ice on that biting place, the poison will still there and will not spread in all of our body. But, don’t put ice to long (maximum 20 minutes) on it. Do it continuously to prevent the lump.
            If there is no ice, you can use freeze vegetable. Wrap it up with towel to avoid the direct context with skin. It will decrease the effect that we don’t want it happened.

During holiday, our condition can decrease because we don’t have enough rest. Drinking honey before sleeping will help to keep our endurance.
Holiday season comes. For children, these moments are waited. Spending their holiday to go to the beach, mountain or their relative are become their decision. During holiday, sometimes we over spirit, so we don’t realize that we have spent our energy and even insufficiently get asleep. Beside, inconsistence weather also makes easy to get influenza, cough, and fever. 
Besides medicines in the first aid box, bring honey in it. Honey can make easy of blood circulation, increases of body metabolism and makes body immune become more active. Honey also gives warm sense so can prevent cold and influenza. 
Drink honey before sleeping, so our body will still health and fit in the next morning. There are many honey sachets which healthy to be consumed and also easy to be brought every where we go.

Sometimes we forget to have breakfast. We should know that it is a really important to sharpen our brain. Some people say that they don’t have time for having breakfast because their activities. Especially they are who work early in the morning. While having breakfast is the important thing for our body. If we usually have breakfast we will rarely get decease.

According to the research, having breakfast has a big effect to our healthy and our activities. Even for the children who always have breakfast will increase their academic intelligence and psychosocial ability.

Having breakfast is the most important part from the three kinds of meal. If we do not begin our day with breakfast, it will make us difficult to think. For the students, the researches shows that blood glucose contains of the students who have breakfast are lower than the students who have breakfast. Blood glucose is the supplier of energy for brain to work optimally. If blood glucose is low (until 70 mg low) it can decrease the concentration or memorizing, debilitated body, giddiness, and quiver. 

And if it’s compared with other parts of body, brain uses the highest energy. When our body takes a rest brain uses for about 20 % of the total energy.  Children who always have breakfast will more active and have initiative than they who have not. Children who have breakfast with complete nutritious food (carbohydrate, vegetables and protein) will more active and have initiative than they are who have breakfast only with carbohydrate and vegetables.

Having breakfast is one of the ways to get success in the future. In our body there are many systems which can arouses spirit. To manage the systems consistently must do the healthy living pattern with consume healthy and nutritious food, healthy thinking, have enough rest and doing healthy activities.

            Beside important to our brain, having breakfast also can manage our body weight. Ideally, having breakfast is for giving ¼ until ½ of our energy and daily nutritious need. Having breakfast has high function to serve calorie and nutritious for thinking and doing activities. It also increase concentration of study and physic ability. 

Consuming nutritious food for breakfast, will build good eating pattern in the adult. The habitual of having breakfast also decrease the total number of consuming fat food. It also can manage the body weight. Having breakfast has a relation with the management of body weight. Because energy which is consumed in the morning directly burn for doing activities. 

            There is no reason to say “never has time to have breakfast” because there are many nutritious fast food to consume. So, right now start your day by having breakfast.

Doing exercise regularly but still fat? It’s caused of we have done an adaptation with doing exercise regularly. So, make variations of your exercises. If we usually do exercise with aerobic, try to combine it with jogging or kickboxing. Give more time to do exercise, train your part of body by doing different exercise everyday. It will return the fatty burning process in your body.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
When we do exercise in the morning without having breakfast before, it will burn fatter. In this situation, body will use fat to be a fuel of burning. If we feel hungry, eat a handful of bean or consume protein drink.  
It’s better to do warming up before doing exercise, so body will become warm and start to burn of fat, after that doing exercise. For your information, body needs at least 15 minutes to do exercise per day to burn fat.
 At last, choose the certain food which can burn fat. For example: cassia, garlic, ginger or soybean. Consuming apple, banana and fruits before doing exercise also will help in burning fat. Eat protein food 90 minutes before doing exercise will help you to do exercise longer and heavier. Don’t eat less 90 minutes before doing exercise; it will make you lose your energy during doing exercise. Protein is an important thing to form muscle, and muscle which is good formed, will burn fat passively.
