Take a Nap and Our Healthy
Many people have assumption that somebody who takes a nap means “lazy”, it needs to be corrected. In many experiments point out that taking 45 minutes to take a nap can return the cardiovascular conditions. If it’s compared with many years ago, the rates of sleep duration was two hours shorter per night. It’s caused by having so many activities or the effects of technology (For example: watching TV or chatting until mid night)
Less sleep can disturb our long term healthy, for example trouble on cardiac and vein like hypertension. But for people, who spend at least 45 minutes for taking a nap, will return their blood tension. It needs to do experiment regularly to investigate the mechanism between taking a nap and cardiovascular health, especially for them with that disease.
For worker may difficult to take a nap. They have to work from morning until 5 p.m. even until evening. But don’t worry; we have another way like bringing meal from house, so we do not need to have lunch outside of the office. And we can use our rest time for sleeping. Sleeping for 30 minutes after lunch is good for our healthy.
