Doing exercise regularly but still fat? It’s caused of
we have done an adaptation with doing exercise regularly. So, make variations of
your exercises. If we usually do exercise with aerobic, try to combine it with jogging or kickboxing.
Give more time to do exercise, train your part of body by doing different
exercise everyday. It will return the fatty burning process in your body.
When we do exercise in the morning without having breakfast
before, it will burn fatter. In this situation, body will use fat to be a fuel
of burning. If we feel hungry, eat a handful of bean or consume protein drink.
It’s better to do warming up before doing exercise, so
body will become warm and start to burn of fat, after that doing exercise. For your information, body
needs at least 15 minutes to do exercise per day to burn fat.
At last, choose
the certain food which can burn fat. For example: cassia, garlic, ginger or
soybean. Consuming apple, banana and fruits before doing exercise also will
help in burning fat. Eat protein food 90 minutes before doing exercise will
help you to do exercise longer and heavier. Don’t eat less 90 minutes before
doing exercise; it will make you lose your energy during doing exercise.
Protein is an important thing to form muscle, and muscle which is good formed,
will burn fat passively.
